PRAYER LIST: Please lift up the following: Mark Nash, Kevin Geistweidt, Cindy Ward, Bert Mahnken, Pastor Bill Hill, Rance Vierus, Gene Zesch, Sherry Martin, Carl Martin, Asa Cardwell (kidney transplant and donor), Beverly Marek, Jay Marek, Lynn Ake, Jim Vines, Deacon Darcy Mittelstaedt and the St. Paul Call Committee, those serving in the military, and for peace.

The annual St. Paul Lutheran Christmas Luminary drive-through will be in the City Park on December 14, from 6:00 – 7:00 P.M.

  • Loading and setting-up the scenes: 2:00 P.M. in east parking lot by the parsonage garage 
  • Taking the scenes down: meet at the City Park at 7:00 P.M.

We especially need small cuttings of cedar, or yucca plants, for scene decorations! Please bring the cuttings to the City Park at 3:00 P.M. 

Thank you for being part of the annual Luminary tradition.

The Community Christmas Market will take place at the Eckert Civic Center on Sunday, December 14. This event will replace the Angel Tree. Parents will be able to shop for toys and clothes to give their children for Christmas. You can help by purchasing new toys and clothes, donating money and volunteering at the market. Items can be dropped off at the First United Methodist Church Social Hall. Items to consider purchasing: jeans, hoodies, tennis shoes, sweat suit sets, socks, underwear, Puncher T-shirts, art sets, board games, toys, sports equipment, sports jerseys.

CHRISTMAS POINSETTIA ORDER ENVELOPES have been inserted into today’s bulletin.  If you wish to order a poinsettia in honor or memory of a loved one, please fill out the information on the envelope, place your payment inside and insert the envelope in the labeled box in the narthex or in the offering plate.  Cost per plant is $10.00.  Deadline for orders is Wednesday, December 10.

Articles for the January-February-March “Proclaimer” are due Thursday, December 11.
