ANNOUNCEMENTS
PRAYER LIST Please lift up the following: Nita Eckert (wife of Pastor Eckert), Sherry Martin, Carl Martin, Asa Cardwell (on transplant list for kidney), Beverly Marek, Jay Marek, Jeremy Hunley (relative of Cindy Bowden), Lynn Ake, Teddy Ray Doyal, Jim Vines, Deacon Darcy Mittelstaedt and the St. Paul Call Committee, border challenges, those serving in the military, and for peace.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTION:
St. Paul Lutheran will be in charge of the distribution of food at our local Food Bank in February. Dates for distribution are February 10th & 24th from 4- 5:30 PM. Volunteers are needed to help with this project. A sign-up sheet will be made available on the table in the narthex. If you need more information, please contact Mark Lehmberg.
St. Paul will soon offer a new member orientation. Anyone interested in becoming a member of St. Paul, please contact Janet Schmidt at 325-347-4634.
The parsonage is in need of some furnishings. A list of needed items has been placed on the table in the narthex. If you have items to donate that are on the list, please sign your name. Contact Nancy Brown at 325-456-6707 with any questions.
STANDING COMMITTEE MEETING will be held following a covered dish luncheon on February 23. Everyone is invited to participate in the life of the church by being a member of one of the Standing Committees. They are Stewardship, Property, Parish Education, Parish Life, Worship & Music, Evangelism & Social Concerns, Parish History, and Children’s Church.
