CHRISTIAN PRAYERS & SYMPATHIES are expressed to family & friends of Harvey Zesch, who passed away at 12 AM on Tuesday, October 18, at Hill Country Memorial. A private family graveside service will be held tomorrow. Those who die in the Lord, still live in the Lord.
JAM SERVICE IN THE PARK NEXT SUNDAY
Jam Service will be Sunday, October 30, with service time at 10:45 AM. This will be an uplifting service in our church park, so bring a lawn chair or a blanket on which to sit. Immediately after the jam service, the annual Mexican Pile-on Luncheon will be held in the Fellowship Hall.
MEXICAN PILE-ON LUNCHEON: The Mexican Pile-on Luncheon will immediately follow the Jam Service in the Park next Sunday, October 30. Funds from the luncheon will go toward the installation of WIFI in the Fellowship Hall and Sunday School Building. A sign-up sheet has been placed on the table in the narthex for donations of food for the Pile-on. Thank you for helping us make this event a success!
ALL SAINTS SUNDAY/MEMORIAL SUNDAY: On Sunday, Nov. 6, as we come forward to receive Holy Communion, a member of our congregation will read aloud the names of loved ones who have joined the Church Triumphant! You will be invited to share names of your loved ones who have died in the faith so their names may be read.
