ANNOUNCEMENTS

THE NOISY BUCKET OFFERING received this morning during the singing of the sending song benefits a wide range of youth projects and activities. Thank you for your continued support.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTION:

St. Paul Lutheran will be in charge of the distribution of food at our local Food Pantry in February.  Dates for distribution are February 9 and 23 from 3:45- 5:30 PM.  Volunteers are needed to help with this project.  A sign-up sheet will be made available on the table in the narthex.  If you need more information, please contact Mark Lehmberg.

40 DAYS OF LENT BEGINS ASH WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18

Ash Wednesday, February 18, Communion in the Sanctuary- 6:00 PM

Lenten supper followed by worship in the Parish Hall- 5:30 PM on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, February 25 (Worship & Music Committee)
  • Wednesday, March 4 (Parish History & Evangelism Committees)
  • Wednesday, March 11 (Parish Life & Stewardship Committees)
  • Wednesday, March 18 (Property Committee)
  • Wednesday, March 25 (Parish Ed & Children’s Church Committees)

The meal will be served in the Parish Hall at 5:30 PM with the worship service immediately following in the Parish Hall. (A meal will not be served on Ash Wednesday.)

Are you interested in serving in 2026 but unsure what opportunities are available in the church? A list of committees and other areas to serve has been placed on the table in the narthex. Next to each committee is the name of someone who can help answer questions. There is also a sheet that provides highlights of what each committee covers. Please write your name if you are interested in serving, and someone will reach out to you.

STANDING COMMITTEE MEETING will be held following a covered dish luncheon on February 22. Everyone is invited to participate in the life of the church by being a member of one of the Standing Committees. They are Stewardship, Property, Parish Education, Parish Life, Worship & Music, Evangelism & Social Concerns, Parish History, and Children’s Church.
