ANNOUNCEMENTS
PRAYER LIST: Please lift up the following: Bert Mahnken, Pastor Bill Hill, Rance Veirus, Gene Zesch, Sherry Martin, Carl Martin, Asa Cardwell (kidney transplant and donor), Beverly Marek, Jay Marek, Lynn Ake, Teddy Ray Doyal, Jim Vines, Deacon Darcy Mittelstaedt and the St. Paul Call Committee, border challenges, those serving in the military, and for peace.
THE ANNUAL FISH FRY FUNDRAISER is today, immediately following worship. A meal of fried catfish, potato salad, beans, hushpuppies, and dessert will be provided for a free-will offering. Donations will go towards A/C repairs.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTION:
St. Paul Lutheran will be in charge of the distribution of food at our local Food Bank in September. Dates for distribution are Monday, September 8, and Monday, September 22, from 4- 5:30 PM. Volunteers are needed to help with this project. A sign-up sheet will be made available on the table in the narthex. If you need more information, please contact Mark Lehmberg.
CROSS TRAILS MINISTRY FALL FESTIVAL: You are invited to the Cross Trails Ministry Fall Festival in Fredericksburg (Marktplatz) on September 20th from 9am – 3pm! This year all funds will go towards replacing the decks at Camp Chrysalis.
The St. Paul Church Directory is missing names and especially pictures for several of our members. A picture to match a name is very helpful to new members and for interim pastors wanting to connect with members of St. Paul.
