THE RITE OF CONFIRMATION is a public witness and a certification that one has been instructed in the Word of God and the teachings of the Church. Confirmation is an affirmation of holy baptism into Christ and is to be a life-long process, for we are to continually grow in the faith. Let us pray for each of our Confirmands:
